Program pendidikan kesehatan dan pemeriksaan tekanan darah rutin di Desa B bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas hidup penderita hipertensi melalui program pendidikan kesehatan dan pemeriksaan rutin dengan menggunakan pendekatan pendidikan masyarakat dan pelatihan. Program ini mencakup data akurat tekanan darah masyarakat, laporan pemeriksaan tekanan darah individu, serta kolaborasi dengan pihak sejawat terkait edukasi kesehatan dan monitoring reguler untuk mengoptimalkan manajemen hipertensi. Hasil akhir program meliputi peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat dengan menurunkan status hipertensi masyarakat secara keseluruhan di desa B.Referensi
